A targeted anti-inflammatory injection used when inflammation is a major part of the problem.
Arthritis flares, bursitis, selected joint pain, and other inflammatory conditions.
A gel-like medicine placed into a painful joint to help reduce pain from arthritis without using a steroid. It is used most often in the knee.
Knee arthritis and selected other painful arthritic joints.
For selected numbness, tingling, burning, or pain caused by an irritated or trapped nerve. Ultrasound is used to guide treatment around the nerve with precision.
Carpal tunnel and selected trapped or irritated nerves.
Creating space around a nerve with fluid is sometimes called hydrodissection.
Not all PRP is the same.
PRP is made from your own blood. We separate and concentrate the platelet-rich portion, then place it into the area being treated. PRP can vary significantly depending on how it is prepared, so we use a high-concentration approach rather than treating every PRP injection as the same.
Tendon pain, tennis or golfer’s elbow, rotator cuff problems, Achilles problems, selected sports and workout injuries, and joint pain from arthritis.
PRP Ultra starts with our high-concentration PRP and adds a second concentrate made from your own plasma. Part of the remaining plasma is processed again to concentrate naturally occurring proteins that would otherwise be left behind.
The result is two concentrated products prepared from your own blood and used together during treatment.
Selected arthritis, tendon pain, and sports or workout injuries when the additional plasma concentrate may be useful.

Pricing is designed to include the care surrounding your treatment, including physician review, the house call, the procedure, and routine treatment-related follow-up.
If you are uninsured or self-pay as defined by federal law, you generally have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges when the federal requirements apply.
